This page is about a statutory right that consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK have when buying at a distance. It is separate from our own full, no-reason 14-day refund guarantee, which we offer to every buyer regardless of where they live.
The right
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, which for a digital purchase is the day of the order.
Why immediate delivery ends it
DARA is delivered immediately: the license key is issued and shown to you as soon as payment is confirmed. Under the same consumer law that grants the withdrawal right, that right is lost for digital content once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose it.
So checkout asks you to agree to two things before payment: that delivery should begin immediately, and that you understand this ends your withdrawal right. Both are a deliberate action on your part. If you would rather keep the withdrawal period, do not agree, and contact support@daraaudio.com to arrange delivery after it expires.
This consent affects only the statutory withdrawal right. It does not change the separate refund guarantee linked above.
How to withdraw
If the withdrawal right still applies to your purchase, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up. An email to support@daraaudio.com from the address used at checkout is enough; include the order number. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
We will refund the full amount paid, including any standard delivery cost, using the same payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days of being told.
