Send me a replacement key

Enter the email address you paid with and we’ll send you a replacement key. You don’t need an account.

We only keep a one-way hash of your key, so we can’t read it back to you. We’ll email you a new key for the same license instead. It replaces the old one, and your activated PCs keep their slots.

Use the exact address on your receipt. An alias only works if checkout saved that alias.

For privacy, you see the same answer whether or not that address bought DARA.

If you still have your key, you can download DARA again. To move your license to a new PC, install DARA there and activate it with your key.
