Request a refund
Email support@daraaudio.com from the address used at checkout. Include the order number. If key confirmation is needed, send only the final four characters, never the full license key.
You may also use the transaction-support contact shown at checkout or on the receipt. The payment provider and any separate merchant of record identified there administer the payment and refund under their terms.
Amount, method, and timing
A refund under this guarantee includes the amount paid, including applicable taxes, and returns to the original payment method. Timing depends on the transaction provider, payment method, and your bank. Once the refund is processed, the related license key will be deactivated. An offline installation receives that status the next time it contacts the license service or accepts a trusted license update.
Charges and billing errors
If you do not recognize a charge, were charged twice, or believe the total is wrong, contact us or the transaction-support contact on the receipt. Include the order number. We will help identify the transaction and correct an error.
Other rights
The transaction provider may provide additional refunds or remedies under its own policy. This 14-day guarantee does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law or through your payment provider.
